Auto Ally Inc. ("Auto Ally," "we," "us") provides car buying concierge services including vehicle sourcing, price negotiation, trade-in evaluation, financing guidance, and delivery coordination. We act as your representative in communications with automotive dealerships.
We offer two service packages: Select. Sign. Drive. and Elite. Package details, pricing, and inclusions are listed on our Packages page and may be updated from time to time. Specific terms for each engagement will be confirmed during your assessment and prior to collecting any deposit.
Every engagement begins with a complimentary assessment. The assessment is provided at no cost and creates no obligation to purchase any service.
After your assessment, if you choose to proceed, a refundable deposit is required to initiate our search and negotiation services. The deposit is applied toward your total package fee. The remaining balance is due when you select a deal through your client portal. If we are unable to find a deal that meets your requirements, your deposit will be refunded in full.
We guarantee that our negotiation will save you at least the amount of your service fee on the vehicle transaction. If our negotiated savings do not meet or exceed the service fee, you will not be charged the remaining balance. This guarantee applies to the negotiated price difference versus the original dealer asking price or MSRP, as documented during the deal presentation.
Auto Ally is never compensated by any automotive dealership. Our revenue comes exclusively from client service fees. This ensures our negotiation is always conducted in the best interest of the buyer with zero conflict of interest.
You agree to provide accurate information during your assessment and throughout the engagement. You are responsible for all decisions regarding vehicle selection, financing, and the final purchase agreement with the dealership. Auto Ally facilitates the negotiation and coordination but is not a party to the purchase contract between you and the dealer.
Auto Ally provides concierge and advisory services. We are not a licensed auto dealer, lender, or insurance provider. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, interest rates, trade-in values, or vehicle availability. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for dealer actions, vehicle defects, financing terms, or any aspect of the final transaction between you and the dealership.
